Update - LOCATED

Ethan has been located and is safe.  The NRPS would like to thank the media and the public for their help in this matter. 

We have removed his photo from the original media release and our social media.  We would ask the public and media to consider doing the same for his privacy.

Original Release -

Officers and detectives from 3 District (Welland/Fonthill) of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Ethan Nash.

Ethan was last seen on Monday, September 23, 2024 at approximately 3:25pm in the area of Schofield near Lincoln Street in Welland.  His means of travel is by foot.

Ethan is described as:

  • Male
  • Black 
  • 5’1
  • Braids in hair

Ethan is wearing a light blue/tan coloured t-shirt, black jogging pants and black running shoes. 

The police and Ethan's family are concerned for his welfare.  Anyone who may have information as to his location are asked to contact detectives at 905-688-4111, option 3, extension 1008980.

Members of the public who wish to provide information anonymously can contact Crime Stoppers of Niagara online or by calling 1-800-222-8477.  Crime Stoppers offers cash rewards to persons who contact the program with information which leads to an arrest.
