On Friday May 24th, 2024 at 7:41pm, 3 District (Welland/Fonthill) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service responded to a Harassment call in the City of Welland.

Investigation revealed that an adult female victim was at the bus terminal located at 160 East Main Street in the City of Welland at approximately 6:45pm, when the victim was approached by a group of youth males that began harassing her, and commenting on her appearance. The victim attempted to walk away however they began closing in on her, attempting to physically touch her. One of the youth males then reached out and grabbed the victim’s chest area at which point she pushed the hand away and bus staff intervened.

The victim was not physically injured as a result of the incident.

  • Blue baseball cap (B logo on the front)
  • Black t-shirt (blue graphic on the front)
  • Black pants
  • Black shoes
  • White ear buds

Suspect 2

  • 16-18 years old
  • Long scraggly hair
  • Baseball cap
  • Adidas sandals
  • White sox
  • Black pants
  • Black t-shirt with white logo of Ace of spades card and "Support crew Niagara"

Suspect 3

  • Black male
  • 16-18 years old
  • Black t-shirt with white scream mask logo on left side
  • Black pants
  • Black shoes
  • Black hair cover

Suspect 4

  • Black male
  • Blonde/black dreadlocks
  • Black t-shirt with white and red graphic on the front
  • Black basketball shorts with white trim
  • White/black/red Nike Hightop shoes

Suspect 5

  • Black male
  • 16-18 years old
  • White ripped t-shirt
  • Grey track pants
  • White/back Nike High tops with blue trim
  • Bracelets on right wrist

Suspect 6

  • Black male
  • 16-18 years old
  • Black long sleeve shirt with white logo
  • Grey pants
  • Black high top shoes
