At 12:30 am on Sunday May 26, 2024, 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) uniform officers were called to the area of Glen Morris Drive following the report of a person struck by a vehicle in the City of St. Catharines.

Further investigation by 1 District detectives revealed that at approximately 11:30 pm on Saturday May 25, 2024, a 19-year-old female was struck by a vehicle while attending a “bush party” in Burgoyne Woods and that the vehicle then left the scene.

The female was treated for minor injuries resulting from the collision.

Police are now searching for the occupants and/or driver of the vehicle involved, which was a silver 2015 4 door sedan Audi.

Detectives are asking the occupants of the vehicle and/or any witnesses who were in the area from 11:00 pm on May 25, 2024, to 12:00 am on May 26, 2024, to come forward and contact detectives at (905) 688-4111, dial option 3, ext. 1009573.
