The investigation to locate missing person Randolph Price has been ongoing by officers assigned to 1 District (St. Catharines / Thorold).

Randolph has been located and is safe.

The NRPS has removed Randolph’s photo from the original media release and our social media for his privacy.  We ask the public and media outlets to consider doing the same.
