Multiple Arrests as a Result of Drug Investigation - Niagara Falls

In February of 2025, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) Street Crime and Opioid Enforcement and Education Unit (OEEU) began an investigation into the alleged sale of drugs from a Niagara Falls address. 

With the assistance of the Emergency Task Unit (ETU), on Thursday, March 20, 2025, a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant was executed at the residence, arresting three people.

UPDATE 1 – Stolen Vehicle Involved in Fatal Collision – St. Catharines

Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) detectives assigned to 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the stolen motor vehicle.

As a result of continued efforts, detectives have identified a suspect responsible for the vehicle theft.

Mathew MORRIS (38 years) of St. Catharines is wanted for the following criminal offence:

MISSING PERSON – NRPS in Grimsby are Searching for 38-Year-Old Male

Detectives assigned to 8 District – (Grimsby/Lincoln/West Lincoln) of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Peter HENDERSON.

Peter first went missing on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, and was last seen in the area of Cline Mountain Road and Main Street West in the Town of Grimsby. His means of transportation are believed to be by foot.

Peter is described as:

• White male
• Short dark hair
• Brown eyes
• 5’8 feet tall
• Slender build

Peter was last seen wearing:

• Dark grey jacket
