Driver Arrested During New Year’s Eve R.I.D.E. Campaign

On Tuesday, December 31st, 2024, members of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) conducted R.I.D.E. spot checks in the Cities of Niagara Falls and St. Catharines.

Officers from the 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara on the Lake) office with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are investigating multiple incidents of vandalism to parked cars in Niagara on the Lake.

In January 2024, Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) Detectives assigned to the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit began an undercover investigation into the luring of minors using the Internet.
