Theft from Vehicles Suspect Arrested in Fort Erie

Since May of 2024, 5 District (Fort Erie) uniform officers and detectives with the Niagara Regional Police Service began an investigation into a string of thefts from vehicles in the Town of Fort Erie by a male suspect.  As a result of the investigation, detectives and uniform officers were able to identify the suspect.  Braedon Erickson (19 years old) of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with the following offences of:

Detectives Investigating a Fatality in Chippawa - UPDATE 2

Continued investigation by detectives with the Collision Reconstruction Unit has resulted in the identification of a suspect in this fatal hit and run collision. 

On Wednesday May 22, 2024, they arrested a female in relation to this incident that left a 53 year old Niagara Falls male deceased.

Public Release – Criminal Impaired Driving Offences – May 13th to May 19th, 2024

In an effort to bring further attention and deterrence to driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, the Niagara Regional Police Service will be reporting the names of those people who are charged with an alleged criminal impaired driving offence in the Region.​

On Monday, May 20, 2024 at approximately 6:45pm 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the area of Taylor Road and Glendale Avenue, in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake following the report of a stolen vehicle. Officers from 2 District (Niagara Falls/Niagara-on-the-Lake) of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) are searching for missing person Arthur CLUM. 

Arthur was last seen on May 21; 2024 at approximately 1:45pm in the area of Dorchester Road and Jubilee Drive, in the City of Niagara Falls.

His means of travel is by foot.
