The media and public are invited to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Service Board on Thursday, May 23, 2024.  The public portion of the meeting will begin at 9:30 am and can be viewed live on the link Niagara Region Police Service Board - YouTube

Police Week - Open House at the Niagara Pen Centre

On Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, in honor of Police Week 2024, the Niagara Regional Police Service will host an Open House at the Pen Centre, located at 221 Glendale Avenue, in the City of St. Catharines.

Detectives Investigating Motorcycles Stolen from Storage Container

On Tuesday June 4, 2024, at approximately 6:35am, 1 District (St. Catharines/Thorold) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service attended the Pen Center parking lot located at  221 Glendale Avenue in the City of St Catharines for a belated theft from a storage container.

Investigation revealed that sometime overnight on June 3, 2024, a suspect/s broke into a locked shipping container and 8 motorcycles were stolen from the container.

Public Release – Criminal Impaired Driving Offences – May 6th to May 12th, 2024

In an effort to bring further attention and deterrence to driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs, the Niagara Regional Police Service will be reporting the names of those people who are charged with an alleged criminal impaired driving offence in the Region.

In addition to being charged, these individuals are also bound by a Ministry of Transportation 90-day Administrative Driver's Licence Suspension and are prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on a roadway. The public is encouraged to...
