Our goal is to develop and implement efficient and cost-effective tools and services to assist our Supervisors, Managers and Senior Executive Team in understanding and applying a variety of personnel policies and procedures in the following areas:

  • Employee and Family Assistance
  • Human Resource Planning

The Human Resources Unit also provides development opportunities that assist the members of the Niagara Regional Police Service while on the job.
