Information:

At approximately 6:00 AM on the morning of July 9th, 2004 the body of Jeanette Jugaru was found in the parking lot of Princess Margret School, 6624 Culp Str. Niagara Falls. Her body had obvious signs of trauma leading investigators to believe she was murdered. Ms. Jugaru was 26 years of age at the time of her death and was known to live a high risk life style.
